----------****HOW TO ORDER***--------------
1)Pick your sign color and size from the drop down boxes
 
2)Leave the name(s), town and state or any other phrase  you would want your sign to say in the "Message to seller" box during check out.
 
*Please enter the names how you want them to appear and in what order you would like them. Please make sure every thing is correct as we will copy and paste the info into our cutting program.

----------*Materials, Creation process and Care*----------
We use premium select pine that is virtually free of knots and blemishes.  Every sign is hand painted or stained with premium stains or paints and clear coated with indoor/outdoor spar urethane.  Every sign is custom carved and will be unique.
 
*Painted Signs:
With the painted signs we paint the board first then cut the sign so the natural wood shows through the lettering and illustrations.
 
*Stained Signs:
With the stain signs we cut the sign first then stain the entire sign, the lettering and illustrations are made darker through the process and you can see the natural wood grain through the entire sign.
 
*Outdoor use care:
Even though all signs are clear coated with indoor/outdoor spar urethane, it is recommended if used outside, that the sign be kept out of direct contact with the elements.  Sun, rain, wind, heat and cold can have serious impacts on your sign and its appearance if left in direct contact.  We recommend if the sign will be used outdoors, that the spar-urethane be reapplied annually for best protection.
 
----------*Mock-ups*-----------
A mock-up will be sent of your sign with-in 2 business days of order placed.  Please check your Etsy messages or your email. You may need to check the spam folder.  If there are any changes or corrections to be made, please let us know ASAP.  We limit the number of revisions to 3. Your sign will go into production in 2 to 3 days after the mock-up is sent, regardless if you answer or not. Once a sign is cut no changes will be allowed. This is to ensure that your sign is made and ready to go on the latest “ship-by date” or sooner. 
 
----------*Cancellations*----------
Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours and before the mock-up is sent.  Once the mock-up is sent the sign is considered in production and no refunds or cancellations will be allowed.
 
----------*Refunds and Replacements*----------
We do not offer refunds or replacements on custom signs unless an error was made in our part. If an error was made by the customer, please contact us because we do offer a remake at a discount price.
 If the sign arrives damaged we do offer replacements or repair options, Please include pictures of the damage when you contact us. Sign may need to be returned for replacement, repair or refund. Please hold on to the package materials for any postal claims.
 
----------*Processing Times*----------
We do try to have signs made and ready to ship in 5 business days or less, this does not include shipping times. Sometimes because of high volume of orders, it may take longer but your sign will ship by the latest “ship-by-date” on your order receipt.  If you need a sign by a certain date, please contact us first to insure we can get the sign to you on your time frame.
 
-----------*Right of refusal*---------- 
We reserve the right to refuse and cancel an order if customer wants obscene language, cruel or abusive phrases or obscene illustrations on their sign.  If you are unsure we will do what you want, please contact us first.
