*Mock-ups*

​​​​​​​A mock-up will be sent of your sign with-in 2 business days of order placed. Please check your email messages. You may need to check the spam folder. If there are any changes or corrections to be made, please let us know ASAP. Your sign will go into production in 2 to 3 days after the mock-up is sent.  Once a sign is cut no changes will be allowed. This is to ensure that your sign is made and ready to go on the latest “ship-by date” or sooner.

*Processing Times*

We do try to have signs made and ready to ship in 5 business days or less, this does not include shipping times. Sometimes because of high volume of orders, it may take longer.  If you need a sign by a certain date, please contact us first to insure we can get the sign to you on your time frame.

 

*Shipping Times*

For most items we use USPS Priority mail, which has a 2 to 3 day delivery time but is not guaranteed.  For very large orders we may use Fedex or USPS ground which can have a delivery time up to 10 days.  We will inform you if we have to use different service.

Once shipped it, we will send a notice with a tracking number. Please contact us if there is a problem with your delivery.
