*Refunds and Replacements

 We do not offer refunds or replacements on custom signs unless an error was made in our part. If an error was made by the customer, please contact us because we do offer a remake at a discount price.

 

 If the sign arrives damaged we do offer replacements or repair options, Please include pictures of the damage when you contact us. Sign may need to be returned for replacement, repair or refund. Please hold on to the package materials for any postal claims.

 

*Cancellations

Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours and before the mock-up is sent.  Once the mock-up is sent the sign is considered in production and no refunds or cancellations will be allowed.

 

*Right of refusal

We reserve the right to refuse and cancel an order if customer wants obscene language, cruel or abusive phrases or obscene illustrations on their sign.  If you are unsure we will do what you want, please contact us first.
