Donald, LaShaye and Liz did an amazing job from start to finish. I came to them with a hand drawn sketch of Smokey and some lettering and they brought the sign to life. I was a little nervous not seeing any animal portraits in their current selection but Liz captured Smokey's attitude perfectly. They were quick to respond and gave me several different options to choose from. This was a surprise gift for my mom who is on the opposite coast from me so knowing that her surprise was in capable hands made the process even easier.
